Ideal for a deep, more thorough clean, and neglected vehicles that need extra attention. Exterior: Pre-rinse, alkaline based decon snow foam, and acid based decon hand wash (2 bucket method) Wheels deep cleaned (faces, barrels where accessible) Wheel wells cleaned (where accessible) Tyres cleaned & dressed Door jambs thoroughly cleaned Exterior glass cleaned Plastic trims dressed and UV protected Spray ceramic sealant (3–6 month protection) Interior: Full compressed air blow out and vacuum (seats, carpets, boot, floor mats) Steam clean and shampoo carpets, mats & upholstery. Roof lining wiped over and spot treated where necessary. Leather (if applicable) cleaned & conditioned Steam and wipe down dash, vents, and all plastic trims Interior windows cleaned
Cancellation Policy
Deep Blue Detailing – Terms & Conditions 1. General These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Deep Blue Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”). By making a booking, you (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Services We provide professional vehicle detailing services from our home-based workshop and through a mobile service. Availability of mobile bookings depends on location, weather, and safe access to water and/or power. 3. Bookings & Deposits A 15% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid on completion of the service. 4. Pricing & Vehicle Condition Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and level of soiling. Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mould, or staining) may require additional charges. If extra time, products, or labour are required, we will inform you before proceeding. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Failure to attend a booking without notice also results in loss of deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new booking. 6. Customer Responsibilities For mobile services, you must provide safe, legal, and practical access to the vehicle and adequate space to complete the work. Vehicles should be presented free from personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. 7. Liability We take all reasonable care but accept no liability for: Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after cleaning, including those caused by water ingress, faulty seals, or prior damage. If accidental damage occurs as a direct result of our services, we will notify you immediately and aim to resolve the matter in good faith. 8. Satisfaction & Complaints If you are unhappy with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate. Where appropriate, we may offer a remedy, but refunds are at our sole discretion and will not exceed the original service fee. 9. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, accidents, or equipment failure.
